How can I return to a store? No Label & No Fee!Updated 10 months ago

If you want to make a return in a store, please visit the returns portal to submit your request. Then you'll just stop by our retail location and drop off your return there. They'll make sure the online team processes your refund within 2-3 business days. 

We'll email you with a confirmation that your return was received and your refund or exchange has been processed.

Shopping online should be as trouble free as shopping in store. For this reason, our return policy is simple.

You have 45 whole days from the day you receive your order to decide if you love it or it's not quite right. Nearly everything you buy on our site is eligible for return or exchange.*  Missed the deadline? Don't worry. Just contact our friendly and efficient Customer Service Team. We're here to help. 

Returns must be in their original condition—this means unworn and with boxes intact. In the rare instance where you may have received a faulty product, please Contact Us directly, and we'll set things right—right away.
We reserve the right to adjust your refund if your return arrives in a condition that does not meet our returns policy.  There is a $15 re-boxing fee if you return your footwear without its original box.  By "original box" we mean the SHOE box. You're welcome to ship things back in a different shipping box.  Please don't use the shoe box as your shipping box! If you do, the re-boxing fee applies.
